One-on-One Training
One-on-one self-defence sessions that blend Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu give you focused, personalized training to build real confidence and skill. Muay Thai sharpens your striking, balance, and power, while Jiu-Jitsu teaches control, leverage, and effective escapes. Together, they create a practical and well-rounded approach tailored to your pace and goals.

Bilingual Group Sessions (FR/EN)
We offer small (2-10) and large (10-40) group self-defence and violence prevention seminars through our partner Grounded Femme Collective. Each workshop is designed for team bonding, women’s groups, businesses and both small and large gatherings. These sessions focus on practical skills, confidence building, and working together in a fun, supportive environment. They’re a great way to strengthen group connection while learning valuable tools for personal safety.
Location: Workshops can be hosted onsite at your location, or at a partner martial arts studio.

Bilingual School Programs (FR/EN)
We provide self-defence and violence prevention workshops through our partner Grounded Femme Collective. Sessions are tailored and differentiated for Grades 6–12, CEGEP, college and university groups. Our sessions teach practical safety skills, awareness, and confidence in an age-appropriate, engaging format, giving students valuable tools they can use both on and off campus.
